1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with tags intact. Simply reach out to us via email to initiate a return.
2. When will I get my refund?
Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse and it passes our quality check, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You’ll be notified once the refund is initiated.
3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in India for your convenience.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–8 working days depending on your location.
5. Can I exchange my product for a different size or design?
At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the original item and place a new order for the preferred size or style.
6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please email us at support@vedicfashion.com with photos of the product within 48 hours of receiving it, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
7. Are your products true to size?
Yes, our garments follow standard Indian sizing. Please refer to our detailed Size Guide on each product page for accurate measurements.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver across India. We are working on expanding to international shipping soon.
9. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
